Ravi Hichkad is Manager of Community Broadband Initiatives, ADTRAN. He has over 15 years of experience in the information and communications technology sector, primarily focused on public policy in the aerospace and defense industry. Earlier in his career Ravi served as an analyst at the Congressional Research Service and was employed by the governments of Japan and the Republic of Korea. Ravi holds a master’s degree in national security studies from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
