Network transformation is at the core of telecom providers’ success for the future.

As Tony Thomas, Windstream’s President & CEO, shared in his exclusive interview in the September 2019 issue, "Every network company is now two companies in one: a construction company and a software company. You must be great at both – building networks and providing software solutions that make the network solution more valuable."

Indeed, change is at the heart of everything related to network transformation! Still, one thing remains constant: investing in professional development at ISE EXPO is a great way to learn the latest network solutions for the telecom/ICT industry. This year’s gathering of network professionals in Fort Worth, Texas, did not disappoint with network-related education, deployment best practices, insights from industry leaders, and the latest solutions and technologies that help you do your job better while you advance your career.

Tony Thomas, President and CEO, Windstream, delivered a keynote presentation to a standing-room-only audience. Thomas shared his take on 10 themes that will shape the future of the wireline/wireless networks. He also answered the question: "So what does that mean for us?"

Attendees were eager to see, touch, and experience, the solutions on the show floor from the time the doors opened to the evening events sponsored by many exhibiting companies. After the morning educational sessions, attendees waited for the show floor doors to open — eager to visit all of the 200+ exhibits.
Several closed-door roundtables brought together executives from leading industry suppliers and service providers to share their challenges, and to offer potential solutions to their pain points across the network.
