Shad Sagers is the Engineering Department Supervisor with Strata Networks in Roosevelt, Utah. His supervisory role oversees Outside Plant (OSP) engineering & designs, project management, and OSP infrastructure records for all Outside Plant related facilities within the company. Shad began working at Strata Networks in 2014 and has served in various engineering, project management, and supervisor positions over the past 9 years.
During his 19+ years of experience he has worked in both the civil engineering and telecommunications industries as a licensed professional engineer, OSP engineer, project manager, and supervisor.
Shad earned an associate degree in drafting technology from Utah Valley University, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Utah State University.

With over 12 years experience in OSP Fiber Construction operations and project management, Joey worked as a prime contractor with clients across the Southeast United States. In his role as Network Delivery Manager, Joey guides new clients through the implementation process and supports existing customers and their projects in Render.
