Velox, a fiber network contractor, announced the launch of Velox Professional Services, a division focused on design and engineering services.
The division is "formalizing the engineering process at Velox and moving engineering services completely in-house," according to a press release.
“While others may provide similar solutions, very few can offer a full turnkey solution that resides under one roof,” said Chris Helms, President of Velox Professional Services. “Our integrated teams can carry projects from start to finish, incorporating The Velox Way into every aspect of network planning, engineering, construction and closeout processes.”
With Velox Professional Services, the company aims to maximize efficiency and better utilize construction resources.
“We live in the real world every day,” says Tom Counts, CEO of Velox. “We know what’s easy and we know what’s difficult, so we’ll apply our practical knowledge and training to each project to find the best path. At the end of the day, it’s going to give our customers peace of mind.”
Chris Helms will serve as President of the new division. Helms will bring career expereince in process and workflow optimization and end-to-end program management.
